Chelsea started with Rainbow’s End in July of 2012 on a part-time basis as the Assistant Office Manager, and is now the full-time Office Manager. She was drawn to the organization because of their values and the meaningful experience that Rainbow’s End could provide her with. Chelsea also wanted to bring any ideas she could in order to help the organization reach its goal of non-seasonal employment for employees. Chelsea graduated in April of 2013 from the 3 year Business Administration program at Mohawk College.
Food Services Manager
Maribeth joined the Rainbow’s End team in 2015 and brings a professional catering perspective to the Food Services team at Rainbow’s End. She manages both The Rainbow’s End Bistro and Colours Café. Maribeth’s food focus has always been on providing quality meals, healthy options and maintaining a clean safe environment.
Training is one of Maribeth’s priorities, and each new team-members receives personal guidance on operating in a busy commercial environment.
The net result is some great food produced by some confident, capable team-members and of course, some very happy customers.
