David Williams

Executive Director

David joined Rainbow’s End in 2011 as Marketing and Operations Manager and became Executive Director in 2013. He has an EMBA from Richard Ivey School of Business (Western) and has worked with companies like Rogers and Sony.

David’s goal is to create sustainable growth for Rainbow’s End, building a series of social enterprises that will offer employment opportunities to people with different abilities, skills and career aims.

Linda Rowley

Office Manager

Linda started at Rainbows End in November 2020 on a short-term contract.  She stayed because her enthusiasm and expertise were a good fit and she rapidly became a key part of the Rainbow’s team. She believes strongly in the mission of Rainbows End.

Linda brings over 30 years accounting, supervisory and management skills to this position. She has worked in different industries such as manufacturing, retail, financial and public companies with proven systems in place as well as being the individual who has implemented them into businesses that did not.

She enjoys learning new things every day and has found that Rainbows End has the energy she thrives in.

Mike Wearden

Foreman & Mentor

Mike has built a diverse and extensive career in the landscaping industry, beginning as a laborer and progressing to a lead hand position. Over the years, he has successfully owned and operated his own landscaping company, gaining valuable hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. Following that, he held operations manager roles with several large landscaping firms, where he led teams, managed projects, and optimized operational efficiency. Mike has now joined Rainbow’s End with the goal of giving back.
